No problems with this device. 360 saw it as soon as we plugged it in. WiFi set up and worked great for 2 days and then didn't see the network again. I thought I'd have to return this, but then I realized it was actually the fault of the Wi-Fi router. I set up a new WiFi SSID and everything has been working great ever since. Perfect replacement for a dead 360 integrated network card. So if you're having trouble with devices seeing or connecting to your WiFi, or even if a device mysteriously loses connection for no apparent reason (e.g. a 360 Wi-Fi adapter) - even if other devices stay connected (phone, iPad, laptop) - try changing the SSID (Wi-Fi network tag/identifier) and then add the 'new' network to all your devices. I've had to do this several times over the years with different brands of Wi-Fi routers. It's just one of those weird things that Wi-Fi routers do sometimes. It could probably solve some of the issues some people were having with this device, at least judging by their comments in their negative reviews. the machine is to blame. It seems like people never think about renaming their wireless SSID, probably because they think it's too difficult to get all their devices back on the new network (it actually isn't). Oh ok hope this helps someone. Much luck!
