Applying the cream twice, I applied the cream and let it sit for a minute before massaging until it was gone. Was efficient. I use the cream on my hands (some dark spots near the knuckles, a spot near the left elbow and some spots on the face. I'm still on the first of two tubes and have been using the cream for two weeks. After I have noticed some fading and based on the progress made I am not surprised that after a month some stains have disappeared or almost disappeared This is certainly not a miracle cure but if it was 3% instead of 2% I would think it would be more effective.However, the cost between 2% and 4% requires prescription.
