Impressed with HP lp

We bought my granddaughter's first HP laptop 2 years ago. It's great, he had an accident so we had to pick him up. We got the 2021 version of it and it was great that we had a little problem with the charging cable. but it was replaced after 5 days and so far so good, great customer service, would recommend
