I loved the idea of this chair and I'm a serious rocker, so I was ecstatic when I got this for Mother's Day. The only thing that I don't appreciate is that I can't rock back too far without an immediate and abrupt jarring. :( I wish there was more range of motion. The chair is well made and easy to unfold, the head cushion is HEAVEN (easily adjustable), the upper shade is wonderful. That abrupt jar when I rock though.that's going to prove to be the deal breaker, dangit. It's not a malfunction, its' how the rockers are shaped. If one only rocks in little movements, great! But if you need a full range of rocking, this could be annoying. I'm 5'2" and weigh about 131lbs.short legs, but could reach the ground comfortably.
