I was so excited when I received the anklet but was disappointed when I opened the packaging. As I opened the bag and put the bracelet on my arm, I heard something fall to the ground. When I looked down I noticed the clasp had fallen off. I then examined the anklet and saw that the part holding the clasp had cracked in half, indicating it was cheaply made. The sad thing is that holding a small pendant with the ashes of the bride-to-be's mother was a last minute gift. She had just lost her mother and it broke her heart that her mother wouldn't be there when she walked down the aisle and we wanted her to have that special gift of knowing she was with her. It's just heartbreaking. I hope that we can find a replacement in time in the next few days, otherwise we run the risk of compressing the clasp with the pendant on it and it will fall off during the wedding.
