Worth the price of blue light goggles

Here's what I noticed in the few hours I wore them: Pros - one of the cheaper options on Amazon, lightweight, doesn't slip on the face, nice simple style, not much difference when you look away from your computer or phone screen - I get a bit of a headache wearing them for more than 2 hours, there is a yellow tinge (to offset the blue light I think) there there is no glasses case or lens cleaning cloth in the kit.
