We like how we are able to have our freight moved from one state or city to another without being charged any kind of transportation fees, this is great because many times customers do not know about this discount program; therefore when they see it listed its nice for them! It would be awesome if the customer were notified in advance so that they can plan their moves around these discounts properly.

For us as the shipping manager who is managing our shipments for our clients I am using capstone alliance partners and i like all they services and how everything seems easy to figure out. I like how quick they are in getting back with you for any questions or concerns regarding your account! They have been very helpful so far!! So many companies seem not as interested anymore when it comes down t them helping customers out of their problems/issues which is why we decided this was going be our go-to place now instead if other places who don't care about customer service (which some do).
