Love it! Keep my glasses sharp, clear and easy to use. I bought it two months ago after loving the ones I had. I've been using them so haven't had this problem until recently as you can see the piston is stuck in the down position and I took it apart and tried to fix it but couldn't. That doesn't make it very useful, I hope they take care of it and send me another butt cap.
