Works but adjust your expectation
I used this while playing Genshin Impact on my Samsung S21. The actual cooler gets ice cold, but not enough to cool down my phone significantly. I saw a drop of 3 degrees Celsius. This can vary from device to device. The CPU in my phone sits next to the camera hump, so this cooler isn't in direct contact with the CPU. Also, it doesn't work with a case. Finally, hot air is blown out from the side instead of from above, which ensures warm fingers when playing.
