Yes it wobbles but the seat is hard
WIE: It vibrates as intended. On a hard surface, the chair has some built-in instability that forces little movement, which is good. But there's a lot less instability on cushioned carpet, and I hardly move unless I specifically forget to. DON'T LIKE: The seat is too hard for both me and my wife. I had to buy a pillow to put on it (for me, a gel pillow provides better cushioning than a memory foam mold).
