This raincoat suits someone but not me. It seems to be made well enough, but I have two main problems with it. Firstly, it's not long enough at the front and secondly, it doesn't have thumb loops or other attachment options, so it falls off the handlebars. My last rain cape was at least a foot longer in the front and never deflated under normal conditions. He didn't need any affection. On the plus side, it has enough length in the back to cover my seat when I'm standing, which my old cloak didn't. I don't like sitting on a wet seat after a traffic light. I'm about 6ft tall so a smaller person might not have the same issues as me. But I'm only using it until I get another one as it takes a lot of effort to keep it on the handlebars. Another comment is that the delivery was very slow. Just like a "slow boat from China" is slow.
