I bought these leggings for my granddaughter and wish I had ordered a size up. The leggings come down to her waist, but the crotch area needs to be pulled up and tightened to make the leggings look thinner. The leggings are great but make sure you choose the right size. These leggings do not cover the legs. The package contains 2 pairs of leggings.
