These sponges are EXCELLENT! - The texture is very similar to the original BB. Differences: (dry) harder, bigger, (wet) not so soft. (Not negative - just an observation.) Similarities: (after drying) applies makeup just like the original BB. I also apply my SPF with it and it's been great! Why I like this sponge BETTER than the original BB: It doesn't absorb all of the product! I worry the most about the original! This sponge really removes makeup from your skin (when wet)! I have actually used these sponges to work with heavy concealer and highlighter, they really blend my face beautifully! I bought these sponges. My acne has seriously improved because. No lies. They represent excellent value for money and are actually better (for my purposes) than the original BBs. Get them, you won't be disappointed and your skin might clear up!
