I've used cheap welder-like uvex blue blockers which block blue light well but had a very uncomfortable, huge and weird looking bezel - good for the price and I've just tried the blue blocking wonder. Having experienced an amazing improvement in my sleep and overall eye strain after wearing blue color blockers. I decided to look for a nicer looking and more comfortable pair of glasses. They are perfect (for my small head), very comfortable material (I don't even feel them on my nose) and high quality lenses - not the slight magnifying effect I've experienced with cheap uvex lenses.
