Straight out of the box it smells like something has been stored for a long time and moisture has gotten in. Not as moldy, but similar. Note that there is no sign of mold and I'm not saying there is mold. And maybe not all of those pillows smell like that, but the one they sent me stinks and I can't get rid of the smell. Other than that, there is nothing special about this pillow that I would recommend. No matter how you lie on it, the right neck brace won't do the trick without modification. In fact, this is a pillow with a hole. Not sure if it was the smell or how it was thrown onto my sidewalk upon delivery but this is my second attempt at a review. If Amazon rejects it again, it comes back. It comes back even if I can't change it. I've ordered another device that should support decently, but if it doesn't work and I can't get rid of the smell, I give up.
