Review on RFM Calc by David Ross

The fact that it's open source is great! I am able find someone who has used this software or can help me with my issue which makes troubleshooting easier than just going through their support docs. Sometimes there are issues where they have no one online in real world chat so you're left wondering what your options would be until after hours of waiting when an answer shows up from 1am-6pm pacific (US). If anyone needs some analytics done please go here!! They make sure our numbers add meaning rather then showing us how many visitors we had instead show them why certain pages do better conversion rate wise as well give ideas about adding products similar items etc..
