I bought (2) of these headsets because the ad said multiple headsets can work with one transmitter. Not true! I started sending them back for a refund and after some research I saw that others who had bought them had also bought an optical splitter. So I bought a LiNKFOR 1x3 Digital Optical Audio Splitter here at Revain. I received it yesterday and connected the splitter to my TV (Samsung 82"Smart TV) and (2) optical transmission cables to the LiNKFOR splitter. Both transformers must be on and the optical cable must be on. First the sound was bad, on both headsets. Then turned off each transformer, both the ON/OFF button and the OPTICAL SWITCH, then turned it back on and switched back to OPTICAL. Works great. Saved. Used 4 hours in a row with no problems. Maybe I'll come back later once and am adding an update after prolonged use but for now we like them the headphones fit well the ear pads are comfortable and they have a wide range of sizing adjustments my husband has a large head and they fit him well they fit well , you can bend forward and don't be afraid that they will fall off, but they are not too tight, I recommend them, you only need egg an optical splitter if you want to use multiple headsets.
