The fan arrived the next day. The blower is about half the price of a major auto parts store, I've never rated a Dodge dealer. The fan was a snug fit and the connector felt solid when plugged in. The air performance of the fan corresponds to that of the original. However, the fan motor has a noticeable "whistle" at all speeds, especially at high speeds. The radio drowns out the howling. But who knows if they all do it without testing them. The original is a Denso fan motor that you can probably buy from a dealer for a lot more money. I can live with the extra noise.
