I like that it has good filters for searching different types of positions (full-time or temporary).

It helps to keep track easily as well since everything is in one place! Sometimes there are issues when uploading resumes/CV's because we have more information than just basic info on our cv but this seems somewhat minor - not enough space taken up by text sometimes makes things difficult at times though, so definitely check out how much room each file will take before submitting them through Arithon if unsure beforehand. We use aritron primarily during sourcing processes - helping us find candidates who fit what needs from their CV / Resume most accurately using keywords etc., then passing onto hiring managers directly once found matches available suit best within budget constraints & timeframe needed.
