Just got this today. I saw many other reviews indicating they had received a used item and mine also came used. It is scratched, scuffed, dirty and has some minor nicks but no severe cracks. It can still be used but it’s very annoying to receive a used product for this price. First impression is that I am 5’5” and would NOT recommend this for anyone taller than that as your head would be off the end when lying flat. Also it really hurts the back of the head and will require a mat or some kind of padding to help with this. I’m debating getting an actual weight bench instead. Would be nice if I could contact some kind of customer service.
