I like that they're constantly adding new features, as well keeping all of their customers up with what is going in terms my subscription status etc.. It's so helpful being able tp check out your statistics at any time which can help you see how many people are opening emails vs not! The only thing about it was once someone unsubscribes from an eblast or newsletter then there isn't much we could do since this app really just does everything (the whole point). Our team uses them regularly when sending newsletters monthly through our website using MailChimp & Aweber services but sometimes having other accounts open makes things difficult if one account gets locked while working/on vacation wtihout me knowing first -.- So far i haven&#039.
