For this money the device is unrivaled in terms of discrete stereo output in one ear. I use it in bed at night to listen to an audio book or movie on my phone without disturbing my partner or strangling myself with cables. button and does not control your music player. Although the sound is very good, I don't use it for serious music listening as stereo headphones/headphones/speakers are required. They are easy to replace due to their small size, but cheap enough to replace. Overall they meet some needs better than lower quality headphones that cost three times as much, look good but break after a few uses.
