Review on ๐Ÿ•ถ๏ธ Enhance Your Vision and Style with Maui Jim Sunglasses Lighthouse Polarized by Darryl Pendall

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The light is as light as if you were wearing polarized contact lenses.

I've been buying polarized sunglasses for about 30 years now and have had pretty much every brand you can buy for under $400 and if I could only pick one that I will wear forever, it would be these. Most sunglasses have metal or acrylic plastic frames, which makes them much heavier, and the nose pads can either slip out of place because they tend to be too smooth on metal frames, or poorly integrated into the frame, allowing sweat to come into contact. . with nose pads if they have them because they are often just hard plastic nubs that are pressed into plastic ridges where the nose pads should be. These goggles have great pads that are very grippy on both the nose and temples and are really the only part of the goggle that makes contact with your head and tends to stay right where you put them on, yourself hard enough when trail running or shaking your head. Keep sweaty hair out of your eyes. The lenses are also close enough to your face that you don't really notice the light coming in from the periphery, which is why the review title compares them to contact lenses. broken and expensive to repair. In my opinion they break no more often than other sunglasses and are even more flexible than acrylic or steel frames. In my experience acrylic frames can get brittle in the cold and I've broken a few pairs just to grab them with gloves or my niece and steel frames hardly ever bend and once the frame bends the frame will most likely need replacement. So far I've broken these Maui Jims once and had to replace the temple and I think it was $50 to $60 which seemed like a pretty good deal to get like new glasses after doing something stupid like sitting on it. If you like polarized glasses and are willing to spend the money necessary to get the right glasses, or if you have never owned Maui Jim glasses before, do yourself a favor and buy one of these glasses, they might be yours like you will stop wearing them, other glasses in general and even buy a second pair of glasses in an emergency.
