True to size with a sweatshirt like feel on the outside with a super soft fleece like feel on the inside. It's very soft and comfortable. The inset side pockets are ample in size for my cell phone in it's case. Well constructed with good quality material. Washed without shrinkage or becoming misshapen. I good buy for the money. I would buy it again.
