I'm clueless Good for computers and accessories

Dear Also I'm baffled by what happened. I have just received your L8 model only to find that this unit either lacks an external card/SIM slot cover or this model does not come with the same cover as the 7 inch model. See Appendix. Many Thanks. I ordered a 7 inch tablet and the screen quality was terrible. I tried it twice with the 7 inch and then the 8 inch tablet and you can see what happened. The screens just went awful. I had to do without this product. Glad her CS was great.
