I don't want to give a bad review just because it didn't work for my child. My child is on the autism spectrum and has poor gross/fine motor skills. They have issues with traditional straps so I decided to ditch the magnetic strap just for school. Material and durability: I can't comment on durability, he only wore them for a few days. The clasp is magnetic and holds well. The material is stretched. Ease of Use: The reason I rated this 3-4/5 is because it wasn't easy for my child and didn't meet their needs. I say this because what doesn't work for my child doesn't mean it won't work for you. As already mentioned,
