I like how easy it is to use for both customers and employees (it's cloud-based so no servers or infrastructure required). The layout makes finding information quick and convenient in order of importance - not just alphabetically by subject matter. We were able to make changes without waiting days because we could see that they'd been implemented as soon as someone approved them. Also there was always at least one team member around who knew exactly what needed doing next! A major issue with our previous system was that when people used multiple devices simultaneously it didn't sync very well between those different platforms/devices. That has changed now which allows us to be more efficient working remotely from home during periods where COVID restrictions are in place. The best thing about it is that all of my employees can access from anywhere, even from their homes. I love how easy this system is to use and how much time it saves me in communicating with my team. Sometimes it crashes but not often. Overall, I like the fact that we are able to communicate more efficiently with our team members and keep track of everything.
