I use Wellness Core on two of my dogs. For about 6 years. This food is top notch. Two small dogs, one is a miniature pinscher, the other is a miniature pinscher chihuahua. The fur is always very shiny. When I started using Wellness I noticed a huge difference as I no longer had dandruff and dry skin. It seems that some of her allergies have disappeared. To understand that green is not good for dogs. Definitely worth paying more for quality food. So you are what you eat, and the same goes for dogs. Cheap dog food isn't worth it, why not feed your dog the very best. I'm sure there are other brands that are comparable to Wellness and of good quality. But I've decided to stick with Wellness dog food. If you want to treat your dog well, buy quality food for him. If there's other dog food around, if I go to someone's house and they have crappy food, my dogs won't even look at it. I needed to get quality ingredients for your dog, and that's why I've stuck to Wellness all these years. The food is made up of really small pieces for small dogs, which is important.
