It is easy to understand, simple to use and has all of our needs at hand! No more searching through menus or reading documentation after hours trying something that just doesn’t work correctly and needing someone else help with it later. I think this program could be improved by offering some free training videos or webinars so we can have better hands-on experience without having to go online and do what you guys are doing right now! The biggest benefit would have been if they had offered a demo version first like most software companies today. We were able fix problems immediately instead going back and forth asking questions then getting frustrated when no one got back to us within 24 hours as promised.
