I have a problem with their noise reduction system, I thought it was a glitch with the player or phone, as a result I tried it on even more devices and the glitch is repeated everywhere. How is it expressed? When worn under the hood of a windbreaker / sweatshirt, it manifests itself most often - the sound begins to break, it changes depending on whether I turn to the wind or against it. If to the source of noise, the sound is normal, if it starts to grunt from it, the slurp may disappear. Remove the hood - fewer glitches. If you bring the signal source very close to the headphones, there are no problems (manifested on 5 different devices from different manufacturers), if the phone is in your jeans pocket, it may also be interrupted at the beginning of the track when it starts.
