Product delivered! My husband, daughter and I traveled across the country to attend college during the pandemic. This electric lunch box allowed us to eat warm (even hot!) food out of the car, maximizing travel time and eliminating potential exposure to germs from restaurants. The turkey chili (from our fridge/fridge) stayed warm (hot actually!) for about 3 hours, and we ate that for dinner. The size was perfect for 3 servings. On Day 2, the egg casserole stayed warm, along with a foil-wrapped omelette for breakfast. Lunch consisted of grilled pork sandwiches, with the pork reheating from the cold in about 2 hours. Because the car was full, I had my lunch box on my lap or at my feet. It's warm to the touch, so if you're personally hot, keep that in mind. Also remove the vent cover. The instructions say how to clean it but not how to use it. There is a small sticker that points to the vent cap. And add water, but I didn't add water. The metal pot and lid have been washed in the dishwasher. I put them both on the top shelf. This is probably my favorite purchase of 2020.
