This bottle is beautiful and well made. The cap is metal, not plastic, and the leather seems to have good stitching. The collapsing shot glass was my favorite aspect, it's a cool little addition. I read the reviews about the noise people complain about and thought it wasn't too bad. I was wrong, the noise is bad and loud. After all the reviews, you might think they could fix their product just by adding a simple shot glass liner. This is a fairly serious violation and it's surprising that something so annoying has been overlooked. On the other hand, it's easy to fix and I tape my own liner to the bottom to fix the problem. If you want to gift this to someone, I recommend leveling it first. You can hear the rumble of the glass even before you open the box.
