Review on Twin Waterproof Mattress Protector and Cover by DMI - Encased Zippered Fit by Jesse Cruz

I'll start with the good points: - waterproof (as it should be) - easy to clean (for obvious reasons) - cool feeling (for obvious reasons) Well this cover is like a curtain shower curtain when i first saw it i was surprised as i ordered a shower curtain then i turned the package over and saw the label. Now that it's plastic, it doesn't absorb water at all. And dirt doesn't stick. I bought this for my dog bed so I could wrap it in foam rubber as a last resort. It is covered with another waterproof seal and cover. So it (hopefully) serves its purpose. The only thing is, it really looks like a shower curtain (rather than tight), the texture is quite thin, and even the packaging seems thicker and stronger. I was quite hesitant between 2 and 3 stars because technically it gets the job done (in my case) but the strong plastic smell is harsh. Which surprises me since it's advertised as an "odorless" and "quiet" material... Well, it's such a plastic...
