I bought this for my new Kindle Fire 10 and it works great! In the beginning there were a few minor problems. I've spent quite a bit of time fitting my Kindle into a tablet case, but it just didn't fit! I thought maybe I ordered the wrong case. I found that there was a plastic sheet inside the case that needed to be removed! who knew Once I figured it out (I had no say in removing that piece of hard plastic. I thought it was part of the case!) my Kindle slid right in! This case is amazing! I feel much more confident with this case protecting my Kindle and I am very happy with it! I dropped my Kindle twice and a curious cat knocked it off the table but the case bounced and NO damage! But. and there is almost always a "but". If I could change something about that, I would change the following. The holes on the side of the case that allow access to the power button, charging port and volume control are too small! My human-sized fingers struggle to fit into the holes to turn the Kindle on, and to make matters worse, it's very difficult to get the charging cable into the port. I solved this problem by buying an extension cord for the charger, plugging it into the port and leaving it there. So now I have a cable coming out the side of the Kindle through a hole in the case that I can use to connect the charger. I wrapped the extra cable around the corner of the case to take the pressure off the connector. I've decided. I solved the problem with the power button with the help. Ballpoint pen! I press a button with a stylus (smaller than my fingers!) to turn my Kindle on and off! A little ingenuity and now my suitcase is convenient to use! This case works well for me and I highly recommend it!
