Review on 👓 5 Pairs of Gamma Ray Women's Flex Hinge Reading Glasses: Fashionable Readers for Women by Trevor Palmer

I bought these glasses in February 2015 so I can keep several pairs on hand and if one pair breaks there is another. It's now July 2018. So, 3.5 years later I'm still wearing the first pair (pink)! I wear them on my head EVERY DAY, ALL DAY for easy reach when I need to read something. I can't believe how durable these glasses were and how long they lasted! For years since I had them on my head I've been banging my head (and glasses) on cupboards, car doors and various other things and I always thought they were going to break, but they don't! I wiped the lenses with a washcloth and towel, soap and water or whatever was comfortable next to me and they are NOT scratched or cloudy. They are still as clear as when you bought them! I take them off my head, put them on my eyes and then put them back on my head dozens of times a day and the springs are still strong and I've never had to replace or tighten the pins. It was one of the best purchases I've ever made. I LOVE these glasses! UPDATE: 02/10/2019 My rose-colored glasses finally broke today after exactly 4 YEARS of continuous daily use! I just put on a purple pair. But I'm ordering another set because I love them so much! UPDATE: March 26, 2019 I ordered another set of these glasses because I wanted a pink pair. Received a new set and found the pink pair has a loose left loop. It wasn't the screw that could be tightened, it was how the hinge was fitted. I thought everything would be ok. I wore them for a month and couldn't take any longer. I wear glasses on my head except when I have to read something. Every time I took my glasses off my head, my hair would get caught in a loose bow. After a while I thought I was probably going to go bald in this place because every time I put on glasses (which was dozens of times a day) all my hair was pulled out of my head! Eventually I got fed up and settled on a purple pair. The purple pair was ok but I miss pink. UPDATE: July 30, 2019 When I first reviewed these glasses I gave them 5 stars. Unfortunately I have to say that I had to change the stars to 3. After wearing the purple pair for about a week I didn't like the darker color and went back to my pink pair again. The pink plastic coating has peeled off in the last few months! The first pair that lasted me 4 years didn't have a cheap plastic case! Now they do! They get worse in less than 6 months. Maybe my first pair, which lasted 4 years, was just a coincidence, I don't know. I will be buying another set (my third set) to test the pink pair again and see what happens. I'm not interested in other colors so I'm collecting a whole collection of colored reading glasses! Haha!
