Since I haven't needed eyelid wipes since I was 5 and had an eye operation, I was cheap and ordered them. Mainly because they were free and a lot cheaper than big brands. I had no expectations of size or softness and found the size to fit both eyes. The texture was fine for the first few days, but over time my eye infection/irritation persisted and the skin around my eyes and eyelids became very sensitive and irritated. Then I noticed other reviewers were talking about the rough texture! It has become extremely inconvenient to use eyelid wipes as they do not feel soft on irritated skin. I have a lot of stuff dripping out of one eye and it wipes well wet but doesn't wipe dry well. Especially if it's on my lashes. When you wake up with your eyes closed, expect an eyewash to remove dried dirt. It removes 60 to 70 percent even after multiple wipes. You get what you pay for and generic brands are usually good. But not this one, sorry. I have been using this for two weeks for four weeks of my eye problem which is still ongoing. Went to the ophthalmologist today. I am going to buy a famous brand today and I hope to get better results.
