I just needed a watch that could set two different interval timers for running. I didn't want anything insanely expensive and I didn't want an Apple Watch - it's too big and I only needed it for running. That's great! It maintains the usual time but can easily be programmed to set an alarm for interval runs ie 4 minute run (timer beeps), 1 minute walk (timer beeps). This is exactly what I wanted and I highly recommend it.
