This touchscreen monitor strikes a good balance between price and functionality. It has standard HDMI and microUSB ports on the side, so you can use it as an external monitor for your laptop or mobile phone, not just your Rasberry Pi. If you want to use USB and HDMI in addition, do it yourself on the back of the board. The resolution could be higher, unfortunately not 1080p, but sufficient for light use. As you can see from the video, the picture quality is normal. Pretty light weight when held with one hand. The optional monitor stand is very convenient.
