A normal product, however, does not fully match the description.

We just got it, put it together, and started using it. There are rocks, and not enough grovers (spring washers) to go around. The finishing touch is inexpensive, but it must be purchased at a hardware store. Another chair had 5 spring washers originally, but after regrading 4 of them were removed, leaving only 1.
The box might use a little more padding and the wrapping is sparse.
Excellent quality, especially for the price and availability. The reasonable price, however, must be lower.
The first image depicts the packaging they come in. The flaws and characteristics of the seats themselves come next.

Pros

The chair may be used for landing and long periods of time without discomfort. Everything needed for assembly is included; I demonstrated this by including a photo of bolts, thrust bearings, and other commonly overlooked but crucial components. One huge package contained the entire shipment.

Cons

Due to a lack of equipment or a need for package re-sorting. Poorly finished legs; flaws are obvious in the picture; exposed wood means you risk splinters or chipped corners. At the very least, they need polishing or covering. Very thin leatherette was used to cover the pillows, and the leatherette included in the package had been treated with some sort of chemical or experiment. If you keep an eye on it and are extremely cautious, it might make it a year. These chairs don't require a lot of material, therefore it was important to avoid gluttony while still producing a good, thick leatherette.
