Seems shorter than expected, mark on it

There is a mark on one side (looks like black marker?), and it's much shorter than expected. However, the gold color is nice and it works for a Halloween costume. I would not recommend it for a graduation (the size would work for a child's graduation, but it's too short to wear on an adult). Since I'm using it as a costume, I decided not to return it based on the stain.

Pros

We just steamed it to get the creases out where it was folded for packaging. Then it looked great.

Cons

The lack of any unique or memorable design might make the product forgettable, especially amid many other keepsakes and celebratory items
