Poor quality printer that should not have been sent to me after another customer returned it.

Adorama shipped an item that was opened by a previous customer. The device was broken and I wasted time, ink and paper trying to get it working. I have two other Canon printers (wide format) that are very good. It looks thin and cheaply made.
