Review on Painless Removal Stripless Eyebrows Brazilian by Karen Montanez

I wanted to treat myself for my birthday and bought my first waxing system. When I opened and unpacked everything, I was disappointed. The pre/post spray bottles were underfilled and one leaked prior to packaging (box intact). Another issue is that the plastic top cover is deformed and doesn't fit the device properly. It's hard to capture in a photo, but you can see where it's deformed. Send this review to the seller and they will update their permission. ********** Edit 1 - Wanted to update after using the device and am very disappointed. Added a new image to show that the bottom bowl is deformed to keep the bucket from shrinking (and constantly moving as it grows). The small metal rod on the bucket comes out too easily. There's no clear readout on the temperature dial (it's the faintest of the lines), not to mention it was completely loose and it was hard to know if the correct temperature was set. I made it, but it was enough to earn 2 stars. I will return it as soon as possible.
