Original post Edited: I recently received a personal apology from the company for defects in my product and they sent me a free replacement. I have to say that their customer service is pretty diligent. I will add a star for this goal. I really liked this wallet when I first bought it 3 weeks ago. It's very pretty but only reflects holographic colors with the main light source. Anyway, I thought it was very cute. However, it starts to break down after 3 weeks of regular daily use. The materials are cheap. At around $25, I wasn't expecting it to last a full year, but I was definitely hoping it would last at least a full month! No bueno! A card was also included stating that if the product got a good rating, the company would send you a small bag for free. This is the second item I've bought from them. I never received a "free item" with my original purchase.
