Review on IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye, 13.0 Light: The Ultimate Solution for Concealing Dark Circles by Sandhya Ramirez

I love IT makeup but this under eye makeup is tacky and accentuates every crease on my face. Even if you have almost no wrinkles, every small line is emphasized. Maybe it's an option to cover it up with other products like a translucent powder or a perfect cream which I love, but it's still very sticky and doesn't seem to be buildable without having to put a lot of product on the face huh I don't like At my age. A concealer that is as matte as possible and non-sticky would be great. Some reviews say they may have changed the formula of their product a bit. If that's the case, then maybe I'll look into the old formula because all the other products really impress me. Too bad this didn't work.
