This monitor is pretty good but for the price it's starting to annoy me. It will randomly lose signal and there is no other way to fix this than going into my son's room and unplugging the camera and plugging it back in. In the middle of the night that's not an option. I'd rather not wake him up. When the connection is lost, the monitor screen emits an incredibly loud beep and doesn't stop until you turn it off completely. This monitor had everything I was looking for. split screen, wifi/remote access and big screen. Most of the time it works fine, yes. Other times it's incredibly frustrating, yes. There are so many cameras with great reviews but they don't have a monitor screen. and you don't want to keep the application on your phone all the time, especially at night. I like it when I can just look around. I want it to work properly as it should due to the high price. Maybe not everyone can be defeated?
