The ease of use, flexibility in creating campaigns that are customized as per our needs (both B2B & B2C).

Also it has very good support team who always ready to assist us at any time if we need them. Nothing much so far I would say its best software to automate your online business processes but you can do almost everything through this tool like sending emails or reminders etc., It's not suitable product/platform only when you want to have more features then others available out there. Automating daily tasks by using emailing campaign templates which helps me save my precious time too.
