Excellent packaging and in excellent condition.
This is my first laptop, it arrived on time and was well packaged. It works very well and is faster than I expected. I use it in conjunction with my desktop to listen to healing frequencies while surfing and listening to other desktop podcasts. It's not touchscreen and I'm not using a camera, but the sound quality is pretty good, the speakers are on top of the screen rather than below it, even though I'm using headphones. I don't know about the battery life yet as I use it from the mains all the time.
