temperament block TENS; does not work in 99.9% of cases; it is wasted

This is NOT a massager. This is a TENS machine that delivers electrical pulses to the neck and has heat (mode) and intensity settings. The headband-like device easily opens to fit around the neck and has three internal connection points. When I received this I charged it overnight because I couldn't get it to work as instructed. However, the red light is either always on or always flashing no matter how many hours it has been online. I plugged it in for more than 18 hours and it switched between two displays. Still, I decided to give it a try. . I soaked my neck with a towel as instructed. I also pressed the power button as instructed. However, 99.9% of the time the device will NOT turn on. When it turns on or I can switch modes, it beeps. I've only managed to turn it on twice. The first time he did absolutely nothing; no electrical impulses, no heat, no increase or decrease in intensity. A day later I tried again for about 15 minutes. I ended up forcing it to turn on once and felt TEN of electric shocks. The intensity button didn't work and the mode button (heat) didn't work. I even had trouble turning the device off. It's supposed to turn off after 15 minutes, but I immediately hated the electrical pulse for wanting to turn it off. It took me 5 minutes to turn it off. In short, I hate it. First, this is NOT a massager, but a TENS machine that electrically stimulates the neck. People with pacemakers should not use this. Second, it doesn't work as advertised, and it's almost impossible to get it to turn on. The only thing I like is the soft "bandage" feel. This is another article going to the trash. Maybe I got a glitch, but I doubt it.
