Review on Compact WEWAK First Aid Kit: Your Essential Emergency Solution by Jordan Weakland

Revainrating 5 out of 5

well suited for Scout Patrol Box

Our explorer team left their first aid kit at summer camp so we needed a spare This is a very good choice as a spare pair of scissors and an ice pack) - includes a first aid guide which isn't bad - good language for understanding boys - bright red pouch which is easy to find amongst all the other gear - the pouch is water resistant and has a good zip closure CONS: - our last set came in a plastic box not a zip case, having played with this set for a few days I would like to get another one in a plastic box should be more water resistant as I'm afraid that moisture might leak out of the zip when sitting in the rain for example - there isn't much room in this set to add anything.I have a small bottle of hand sanitizer Added alcohol-based repellent, a lighter, and a needle (in case you need to pop a blister). I had to take out some bandages and gauze to adjust. - Inner bags match exactly what's in the kit, so topping up supplies to find the right size can be fun. It's bulky and heavy, so I wouldn't take the whole set on a hike. Rather, I would pull out some of the items and put them in ziplock bags to take with me on a hike. Still a good kit at a reasonable price, especially for the needs of a reconnaissance group. Recommend.
