Review on Powerful Portable Acoustics: JBL Xtreme 2, 40W Midnight Black - Unleash the Sound! by Ewa Brzezina ᠌

Lousy product, low quality.

I won't go into detail about how things look or how well they were built. All of this is crucial, but secondary. The sound is the major factor in our decision to buy a branded speaker. Hence, if you put a Chinese speaker in my garbage can, it will sound better. I laughed when I first switched it on, thinking, "Are you serious?" I started looking for any areas where the cellophane, sticky tape, or other noise-interfering materials were still present. But no. It appears that he is! Because the sound is so faint and poor quality, it sounds like the speaker is playing someplace beneath the table in a bag. also silent. Although you might anticipate more from such sizes, it's really not that loud. And this comes after numerous reviews and comments praising the "juicy bass, crystal clear mids, and highs." No lauded basses or finely nuanced mids were audible to me. NOT this. No, just no. a vaguely audible pail thud. I also enjoy how the reviewers note that if it feels quieter to you, it probably isn't. Ha! Are you for real? My thoughts match what I hear. I have a few tiny gbl flip 4s. Ironically, it was their influence that led me to choose a larger purchase. I wasn't content with my young children. This extreme was by no means comparable in terms of sound quality. This cotton bucket appears to be too heavy for the phone to swing. The flip plays louder than this bazooka at equal volume settings up to (50–60%). And of far higher quality. Every expectation of warming. Maybe they'll play in 30 hours. They have played for four hours thus far. There is also no inclination to pay attention to them. But, you have to. One critique, please. Really! There is a good side, too! You can use this bucket to charge your phone. By the way, this branded device performs fairly well for power banks))

Pros
  • Your phone can be charged. Makes sense for a power bank
Cons
  • Sound. More and more noise
